DELIVERY

All orders are delivered by Envirosolve or its agents.  You will be contacted after your order is confirmed to discuss the delivery details and timing.

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by EnviroSolve  to be authorized to receive the goods. Once the goods are delivered to you, or an authorised representative, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they become lost or damaged.

Shipping costs are paid before delivery and shown during checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Currently we are only shipping to NZ addresses.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully as EnviroSolve cannot accept goods for return if you have changed your mind.  For any goods found to be faulty we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
